iJoysoft MKV Converter is a multi-format video converter. It allows you to convert your video files from several formats into MKV or the other way around. The application was clearly designed for conversion of high-definition content. Proof of that is the good number of HD conversion profiles available and the types of devices those profiles are for, like Xbox 360, AppleTV and Playstation 3.
In terms of design, the converter uses the graphical user interface that I have praised a lot in the past. It is used by other brands and I think it is the ideal interface for a converter, since it has all that you need to convert a file in a single window. And it looks awesome.
iJoysoft MKV Converter does a great job of converting files from MKV and it does good the other way around as well. In my testing, I focused more on converting from MKV, which made me realize that an important feature was missing. There is no subtitle support, and you can't choose the audio track that you want to use for your converted files. This might not be something most people use, but it is one of the features that I look for in an MKV converter.
All in all, this is a great converter. It might not be cheap, but its great interface and superb conversion engine make up for that.
